How to find your SWID and espn_s2 cookies
  1. In Chrome (or Edge / Firefox), sign in to fantasy.espn.com and open your league.
  2. Press F12 to open DevTools.
  3. Go to the Application tab → expand Cookies → https://fantasy.espn.com.
  4. Copy the value of SWID (looks like {XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX} — keep the braces).
  5. Copy the value of espn_s2 (a long URL-encoded string, ~300 chars).
  6. Paste both below.

We encrypt these at rest with Fernet. They're only used to authenticate against ESPN's fantasy API.
